​1. طبيعة التطبيق والخدمات المقدمة

​تطبيق "طب كايد" هو عبارة عن دليل إلكتروني إرشادي يهدف إلى تسهيل وصول المستخدمين إلى معلومات التواصل (أرقام الهواتف، العناوين، ومواقع العيادات) الخاصة بالأطباء والمراكز والخدمات الطبية في مدينة بغداد.

​التطبيق لا يقدم تشخيصاً طبياً أو استشارات علاجية مباشرة، بل يقتصر دوره على كونها منصة دليل خدمي لتسليط الضوء على الخدمات الطبية المتاحة.

​2. دقة المعلومات

​تبذل إدارة التطبيق قصارى جهدها لجمع وعرض بيانات دقيقة ومحدثة. ومع ذلك، نظراً لاحتمالية تحديث العناوين أو أرقام الهواتف من قبل الجهات الطبية، فإننا نعمل باستمرار على مراجعة وتحديث هذه البيانات لضمان أفضل تجربة للمستخدم.

​3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

​كافة المحتويات الموجودة في التطبيق والتصاميم والشعارات وقواعد البيانات هي ملك حصري لشركة XWAVECORE LTD ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية، ولا يُسمح بنسخها أو استغلالها تجارياً دون إذن مسبق.  

​4. سلوك المستخدم

​يوافق المستخدم على استخدام التطبيق لأغراض مشروعة فقط، وعدم إساءة استخدام ميزات البحث أو محاولة تعطيل الخوادم والبنية التحتية الخاصة بالتطبيق أو قواعد بياناته.

​5. حدود المسؤولية

​يعمل تطبيق "طب كايد" كدليل إرشادي فقط لتسهيل الوصول إلى معلومات التواصل مع الجهات والكوادر الطبية، وتقتصر مسؤولية إدارة التطبيق على عرض وتحديث بيانات التواصل المتاحة بكل أمانة ومصداقية.
